HotDocs, a market-leading provider of document automation software, today announced that Australian firm Sparke Helmore has selected HotDocs as its document automation tool.

Sparke Helmore Lawyers is a firm with more than 750 people working from eight offices across Australia, serving the needs of the insurance, government, financial services, technology, mining, construction and property sectors. The firm’s expertise spans corporate and commercial to construction, workplace to insurance, IP to IPOs, mining to manufacturing and property to procurement.

Sparke Helmore have opted for an on-premise HotDocs solution, using the brand new template creation tool, HotDocs Author, and serving an initial 360 users via the HotDocs Hub user interface for template management and document production. The firm has also chosen to integrate HotDocs with its existing BPM workflow tool via the HotDocs for K2 service broker, creating even greater efficiencies with a joined up business process.

Lee Hodge, IT Director at Sparke Helmore, and Sonja Swansborough, Director of Know-How, selected HotDocs for its ability to increase document production efficiency through integration with the firm’s core systems, and the pathways it opens up for further automation opportunities, via HotDocs partnerships with key document review platforms.

Gary Eunson, Global Sales Director at HotDocs, commented: “Australia is a key geography for HotDocs and I’m thrilled to welcome another prestigious law firm to the HotDocs family. Operational efficiency is still a critical issue for law firms of all sizes and creating legal documents using our market leading document automation technology provides value not only for the law firm, but for the clients it serves.”
